We appreciate every order and will do our best to send you your new favorite items as soon as possible. Shipping will take place within three business days of the order. Should it take longer, we will inform you accordingly.
We ship within Germany and the European Union with a German shipping company, mainly DHL.
The shipping fees will be displayed at the end of the ordering process. As we are a non-profit organization that aims to generate as many donations as possible for good causes, we cannot offer free shipping.
Returns
Again, the same statement applies: as we are a non-profit organization that aims to generate as many donations as possible for good causes, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns. However, our textiles are rather small and light, so postage costs should be minimal. All other relevant information can be found enclosed with your shipment.
